Position: This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President/Head of Portfolio Management, who will provide excellent guidance and mentorship. Additionally, this person will have valuable exposure to multiple areas of the company, including asset management/operations, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and the executive leadership team. This person will be the "right-hand" to the SVP and will play a critical role overseeing and optimizing the project portfolio, including managing risk position and accurate P&L reporting. The Portfolio Manager will conduct financial modeling and analysis to inform investment decisions, and to support the strategy/daily decisions that this person will have responsibility in making. Additionally, the Manager will support the Head of Portfolio Management in further refinement and development of a best-in-class processes and techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in portfolio, energy, and/or trading management. Industry experience in renewable energy or a related field; experience working with a renewable independent power producer (IPP) or private equity preferred. Proficiency in Excel required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
