This role involves a blend of sales, customer success, operations, and product feedback to ensure recruiters have a seamless experience and achieve their goals. Role OverviewAs the Engagement Manager, you'll serve as the main point of contact for recruiters, supporting their success while working cross-functionally to refine and enhance the user experience. This role is critical in bridging the gap between recruiters and the platform, ensuring mutual growth and long-term satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesSales (30%): Sell the value of the platform to recruiters, guiding them through adoption and demonstrating how it can scale their business. This requires effectively communicating new user behavior and opportunities.Customer Success (30%): Provide VIP-level support to recruiters, ensuring their needs are met and helping them achieve their objectives on the platform. Develop strong, lasting relationships.Operations (15%): Streamline tedious processes to enable higher-leverage work, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.Product (15%): Act as a product ambassador by providing feedback to improve the recruiter-facing side of the platform.
