Tuesday Health is hiring a Provider Engagement Specialist. As?a Provider Engagement Specialist,?you?will develop relationships?with Providers (PCPs, specialists, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc.), in markets where Tuesday Health is contracted to deliver services.?In this role, the Provider Engagement Specialist will work closely with leadership to develop and maintain relationships with providers to engage members in Tuesday Health services. Additionally, the Provider Engagement Specialist will support coordination between the Tuesday Health care team and providers in the market to ensure that members are receiving the highest quality, coordinated care. Core Responsibilities Utilize outreach strategies to develop and maintain relationships with high priority providers in the market. Prioritize outreach efforts balancing daily outreach tasks as well as overall account management. Owns and manages relationship and performance of assigned provider groups. Serves as primary point of contact for assigned providers, ensuring that feedback and concerns are communicated back to the Tuesday Health team. Completes provider orientation for all applicable product lines to educate, resolve issues, and educate staff/providers. Works closely with Tuesday Health's providers, pulling them in when discussions are clinically focused. Plans,?prepares,?and executes effective provider group meetings/discussion with proper objectives and expected outcomes, Performs special projects as assigned.
