Engineer 4

**JOB PURPOSE****DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provides technical engineering expertise, analysis, design, integration, including problem resolution.- Completes final analyses and final selection on approaches, technologies, systems, equipment, and layouts.- Supervises engineering staff in production and provides resources and directions as needed.- Provides leading role during construction phase follow-up.- Serves as or directly reports to the Project Manager as a task leader for major systems or phases of the project.- Plans, conducts, and supervises multiple projects.- Estimates and schedules work to meet completion dates.- Directs project staff, reviews progress, and evaluates results, and makes changes in methods, design, or equipment where necessary.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in engineering- 10 years of experience- Ability to operate with some latitude for unreviewed action or decisions.- Must be able to pass background check.Johnson Venture Management Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
