Our client, a leading provider of software solutions for the Private Capital and Credit markets, is seeking an Engineer II - Front Office Delivery to join their team. Responsibilities: Configure product to align with client business requirements, offering recommendations on functional impact.Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Technical Solutions teams to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct product demonstrations, both internally and externally, as necessary.Assist in client user training sessions to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.Build and expand product knowledge through training, research, and collaboration with senior team members.Identify and communicate new market opportunities to the Product team.Enhance internal documentation, training materials, and processes to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: Evaluate clients' existing business processes to define requirements and implement customized solutions.Develop and deliver custom reports using advanced query writing skills.Implement interfaces to third-party systems using SQL technologies, XML/Xpath, and XSLT.Cultivate expertise within provided software solutions and effectively communicate and train others, internally and externally.Produce documentation suitable for technical and business audiences.Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, working both independently and collaboratively.[Preferred] Experience with CLO compliance test suite(s) and working knowledge of CLO indenture structure.
