Perform repairs on kitchen equipment in building.Move, lift, and replace kitchen equipment as needed to complete repairs.Find and determine source of power and gas issues using voltmeter or gauges.Safely operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial equipment to complete repairs.Maintain effective communication with management and co-workers when completing assigned tasks.Display proper etiquette and protocol when using two-way radio.Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner.Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.Qualifications: At least five years' experience in refrigeration required.At least five years' experience performing commercial kitchen repairs required.Working knowledge of natural gas equipment controls, steam and electric kitchen equipment, and industrial controls preferred.Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
