ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE MANAGER RIVERSIDE, IL SHIFT | HOURS: 1st shift | Saturdays when needed
SALARY RANGE: $130,000 + annual bonus
The Maintenance Engineering Manager is responsible for managing maintenance functions and providing maintenance support for the plant.
Position facilitates training for Supervisors and Mechanics with the purpose of ensuring departmental and operational safety and regulatory compliance, develops and maintains preventative maintenance program.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervisor and/or maintenance manager experience.HACCP Certification, SQF Certification are required.PM Program development & execution is required.Principles and practices of food manufacturing, including: food safety, quality, manufacturing concepts.Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and accounting.Working knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations, GMPs, Sanitation, and HACCP.Understanding of associated processing equipment and engineering.Principles and practices of continuous improvement concepts and related application technique.Pertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations.Effectively manage and lead multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams toward a shared goal.Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion.Identify, research, and analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions.
