Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Director of Operations to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing engineering teams and projects. The Engineering Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the engineering department, including project managers, engineers, and support staff.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve engineering and organizational goals.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the engineering team.Collaborate with other departments, including Business Development, to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and performance evaluation for the engineering department.Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree preferred.
