Key Responsibilities: High-level technician that has a strong skill set in a manufacturing setting. Responsible for maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as carrying out process monitoring that is laid out by management and engineering. Monitor the production process controls (Quality, Safety, Efficiency), log and analyze data, etc. Assist technicians in the work area to maintain workflow. Measure and record equipment performance. Load, unload, and operate different industrial manufacturing tools. Check for safety issues and take appropriate action. Maintain work area and equipment. Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and QMS (Quality Management System) guidelines. Training / Education: Currently pursuing a college degree in science or engineering Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration Other Requirements: Ability to stand, use hands and arms to handle, feel and reach. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The ability to read and understand process instructions, working bill of materials and quality inspection tasks is required. Regularly required to stand, use hands to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Team player with good communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
