Dive into your Engineering Career: Dive into an exciting engineering journey with Water Works Engineers (WWE)! Our Summer Engineering Internship (E0-1) allows you to immerse yourself in water infrastructure projects. At WWE, we specialize in innovative water treatment, distribution, and management solutions across the Western US. We're looking for motivated students with at least two years of coursework to join us and contribute to impactful internships at all locations: Scottsdale, AZ; Redding, Roseville, San Mateo, San Diego, and Los Angeles, CA; Star, ID; Albuquerque, NM; and Salt Lake City, UT.
Your daily impact: Assist with engineering design tasks related to water infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience. Support field observations and quality assurance activities, ensuring projects meet high standards. Aid in data collection, analysis, and documentation to support project development. Contribute to preparing technical reports and project documentation. Engage in team meetings and collaborate on problem-solving and project planning. Perform general office duties and assist with administrative tasks. Learn and apply standard engineering practices and procedures. What you bring to the table: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Structural, or Electrical Engineering (or a related engineering discipline) with at least two years of coursework completed. Basic understanding of engineering principles and design techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Enthusiasm for learning and gaining practical engineering experience.
