"Think it, build it, ship it, tweak it" is at the core of Spotify's development approach. In the Experimentation product area, we are providing Spotify teams with the platform and best practices to do exactly this: quickly and safely iterate through ideas, learn from them, and make informed decisions for better products.
Today, we are running simultaneous experiments across hundreds of teams working on a multitude of different products built for hundreds of millions of users. Experimentation touches almost all of our functions, from marketing via content management to consumer products. On top of that, we're making our experimentation platform available to external companies in the form of Confidence. And we are only in the very beginning of this transformative journey.
