As we grow, we're looking for an Engineering Manager (reporting directly to the CTO) to lead our talented SaaS development team and drive the evolution of our platform. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 10 engineers to build, test, and release Thread's UNITI SaaS platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, capacity planning, and timelines for delivery. Guide the team in the process of making engineering decisions that improve product quality and make the team more efficient. Inspire a culture of self-driven growth and improvement. Make data-driven decisions to improve engineering efficiency and product quality. Requirements We value leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering results. A strong foundation in .NET and Azure is essential for success in this role, with bonus points for experience in Angular.
Principled belief and practice that rigorous testing is the foundation of engineering quality. 3+ years experience managing development teams of 5 or more engineers. Hands-on expertise with .NET development and Azure cloud services. Familiarity with scalable SaaS architectures, API design, server-side computing. Understanding of the fundamentals of work estimation and right-sizing work commitments to engineering capacity. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver a clear and honest appraisal of work progress. Ability to inspire employees into self-driven growth and over-performance. Benefits We believe in fair and transparent compensation. For this role, the salary range is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
