The Role Take a leadership role in Technology Development, Business Development/Sales, New Product Introduction, and Operations Support.Assist the VP of Engineering & Technology to stay up to date on industry trends to ensure that the company maintains a competitive advantage in the markets they serve.Partner with the Business Development team to support existing customer requirements and new sales opportunities.Assist with the selection of new equipment to ensure the business always has the most up-to-date machinery and technology. The Person Experience with Surface Mount Technology.Knowledge of PCB Design processes.Customer-facing skills.Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
