About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced engineering manager to help lead our Partner Platform team. This team owns the end-to-end partner experience at Parafin. You will be responsible for our full-stack partner integration process spanning across data and marketing integrations, external developer tooling and our partner-facing dashboard.
What You'll Be Doing:Manage and develop a high-performing full-stack teamOwn the technical and product vision for the ideal partner journey with ParafinIdentify and lead cross-functional initiatives for partner-facing opportunitiesWork closely with stakeholders across the organization, like Product, Design, Sales, and Platform GrowthWhat We're Searching For:2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5+ engineersExperience working on developer-facing productsExperience leading company-wide product and infrastructure initiatives for a technical teamYou care deeply about building high-quality software and take immense pride in your craftStrong business and product senseExperience working closely with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams like Product, Design, Sales and Platform GrowthDemonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain talented engineersAbility and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, autonomy and ownershipCore Skills: Management, Building Teams, Technical Direction, Software Architecture
