Engineering Manager

Our customer, in Logan County, Arkansas is looking for an experienced leader to join their team.
This person will be leading a team of engineers and projects for the manufacturing plant.
They need someone strong with communication and leadership but they have a great team of tenured engineers who don't need any hand holding.
This manager will focus a lot on managing projects and interact with corporate often.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Strong leadership and communication abilities Proven experience managing projects or teams Manufacturing industry experience
