Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

Responsibilities: Lead the team to design, build, and optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipeline using NLP, CV, and ML to detect and control risks in contents, creators, products, and sellers in global markets.Build, expand, and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch.Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.7+ years of working experience in one of the following fields: machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.Experience with software development in one or more programming languages.Experience in leading an engineering team.Experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, platform integrity, or related fields is a big plus.Strong sense of responsibility and good communication and teamwork skills.Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems.Language Requirements: Bilingual preferred: Mandarin and English.
