The Project Manager - Facilities is responsible for performing project management of a portfolio of capital renewal projects for all corporate facilities. Project Manager with an engineering background is desired. This position deals with projects of a complex nature with regard to technical and logistics issues and requires experience in dealing with a variety of disciplines.
\n ResponsibilitiesResponsible for project management of MEP facilities projects, including complex projects requiring coordination of multidisciplinary technical and logistical issuesManagement of multiple projects concurrently from project conception through design, construction and final occupancyCoordinate activities of outside consultants including engineers and contractorsInitiate and evaluate alternatives and cost savings opportunitiesDevelop and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets and vendor contractsUtilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with other business units including Supply Chain, Environmental, IT/Telecom, Voice/Data, Real Estate, Accounting/FinanceDevelop and coordinate issuance of RFP's for professional services and general contracting serviceAssist in the development and maintenance of departmental standard processes and procedures for project managementMust be a self-starter and possess ability to work independently and with minimal oversightAbility to travel to and from various project sites as necessary (primarily in-state) QualificationsBachelor degree in any engineering disciple with applicable experience3+ years of direct experience in managing the planning, design and construction of multi-discipline facilities projects involving varied stakeholdersProfessional Engineer (PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) highly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and Project; experience in SAP, Sharepoint, and Procure (or other PM/ERP systems) preferredFamiliarity with local, state and federal environmental codes and standardsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skillsMust be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Salaries for all position are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, total years of experience in the industry, education, skills, and qualifications. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate's individual background and expertise.
