Manufacturing Internship or Co-Op experience Experience assembling in a manufacturing company Mechanical Aptitude Ability to read blueprints Work Environment: Cleanroom environment Shifts available: 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm, Mon-Fri 2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Mon-Fri + 10% shift differential 3rd Shift: 10 pm to 6:30 am + 15% shift differential CWW Nights N2 6PM to 6AM , Sunday- Wednesday + 15% shift differential CWW Days D2 6am to 6pm, , Sunday- Wednesday Job Responsibilities Assemble and test complex mechanical/electrical systems in a cleanroom environment. Support process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives and quality improvements. Quality: Produce products in accordance with established specifications. New Products: Actively contribute to the pilot production process and the transition to volume production. Be responsible for the development and improvement of TPD, processes and records and other relevant topics. Skills: Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes, modifications, sub-modules and complete systems. Have an in-depth knowledge of the correlation between the module and the whole system and the relationship with other (sub) systems. Pass on relevant expertise. Teamwork: Support good teamwork by the search for solutions and ideas arising from input and the implementation of departmental tasks. Planning: Coordinate the activities given in the production plan and monitor the practical situation. Closely control the use of tools, materials and equipment.
