Responsibilities:
Conduct online ELA classes for students, covering either the US primary school curriculum or public school language courses.
Cultivate a fondness for reading and writing among students through engaging and innovative teaching methodologies.
Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback to aid in enhancing their reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and critical thinking skills.
Collaborate closely with fellow educators and staff members to ensure a coherent and impactful educational journey for all students.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience teaching ELA to primary or middle school students.
Proficiency in utilizing online teaching platforms.
Possession of a valid state teaching certification in ELA.
Familiarity with fundamental ELA genres and reading strategies.
Understanding of CCSS or ELA systems is preferred.
Working Time:
Availability for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
