Position: Dynamic Tutor (Specializing in AP English Literature)
Location: Remote (Preference for working hours in EST: 7:00 am - 10:00 am, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area; Master's or Ph.D./EdD is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject area, with high school teaching experience considered advantageous.
Availability to offer 5-6 time slots per week.
Cooperative demeanor with staff, a passion for teaching, and a flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
You'll play a pivotal role in our students' academic journey by:
Delivering engaging one-on-one or group (2-6 students) online instructions.
Implementing meticulously crafted lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of each student.
Thoroughly preparing class materials in advance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
Assessing and grading students' in-class performance, providing constructive feedback to facilitate academic progress.
Offering post-class support by developing and sharing study plans, addressing individual learning objectives, and providing additional resources as needed.
