The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree required. Emphasis on education, business administration, communications or related field experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills Discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential information The Enrollment Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Enrollment to develop, coordinate, and implement admissions programming. This is a full-time position and is a direct report to the Director of Enrollment. Duties include event coordination, data and records management, strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Catholic education in the Green Bay area. Other criteria includes being a self-starter with proven written and oral communication skills, a passion for customer service, proficiency in Google and data management programs, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work within a team setting.
Enrollment Coordinator job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Database Management:
Manage the prospective student database using PowerSchool Enrollment Portal and PowerSchool for the use of mailings and other lists, etc. Event Planning and Support:
Assist with the planning, preparation, staffing, facilitation and follow up for Preview Night Assist with the preparation, planning, staffing and facilitation of Freshman Registration Day Assist in planning the 8th grade graduation party Coordinate all group and individual shadow days for 8th grade students Tour prospective families Plan and execute all student events including guest athletic opportunities, campus visit events, guest fine arts opportunities, etc. Coordinate invitations and responses with GRACE principals for the Christmas program and middle school musical and play performances Plan and coordinate spring informational sessions for current 6th and 7th grade prospective families Manage registration and assist with Summer Enrichment Camps Parental School Choice Program (PSCP) Responsibilities
Answer questions of prospective and current families Assist in completing necessary online application and subsequent required documentation Maintain confidential files Publicize, market and promote the open enrollment timeline Marketing/Communications Support:
Promote enrollment at NDA through advertising, presentations, school visits, volunteer coordination and other creative means Assist the Marketing/Communications Manager in content management for the Admissions section of the website Assist the Marketing/Communications Manager by participating in the social media planning Implement student spotlight with videos for social media Gather parent testimonials for the website and social media Administrative/Clerical:
Manage the overall administrative functions of the department as requested by the Director of Enrollment Management Coordinate mailings (email and postal) for the Enrollment Department including invitations, admission decision letters, shadow day visits reminders, tour thank you notes, and surveys Use telephone, email and direct mail to inform parents and answer questions Coordinate distribution of publications for delivery to schools, parishes and prospective students Establish and maintain a database of school contacts, including grade schools, realtors, local organizations, etc. Manage online RSVP process for events, sending confirmation emails to registrants before programs Compose and maintain sibling (current/former) database for recruitment purposes Consult with the Director of Enrollment Management and seek approval for all new, ongoing, and prospective projects at weekly one-on-one meetings Other duties assigned by the Director of Enrollment Management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
