This role will be based onsite in our Irving, TX, office.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
* Be responsible for new business bookings with enterprise accounts
* Rigorously manage a robust opportunity pipeline sufficient to support bookings targets
* Diligently qualify and convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
* Proactively generate interest and sales in assigned target accounts
* Develop key customer stakeholder relationships
* Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
* Meet and aim to exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities
* Be passionate and enthusiastic to execute value-selling while leveraging market, prospect, and product knowledge
* Collaborate effectively and engage various partnerships/resources including Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Education, Account Managers, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams
* Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements
* Represent hireEZ to assigned accounts, and communicate the hireEZ value proposition clearly and accurately
Requirements:
* Drive, motivation, and an unrelenting hunger for success are just the starting point-we're looking for seasoned AE's who live and breathe these qualities, turning ambition into outstanding results
* Experience selling SaaS, technology consulting, or relative services within the technology ecosystem
* Experience in a high-activity sales environment
* Excellent presentation skills, written communication, and phone skills
* Consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings quota
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
