DESCRIPTIONTonic is expanding our Enterprise sales team to take us to the next level of growth. A changing regulatory environment and recent advancements in AI have materially increased the Enterprise's need for Tonic's SaaS products. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an early stage startup with fast growing revenues and a slew of leading investors (Insight Partners, Notable Capital, HeavyBit, Bloomberg Beta, and 10+ CISOs from leading global tech companies). You will be a key part of a small and growing sales team, working directly with the founding executives to solidify the go to market strategy. Prove you can close deals at Tonic, and we will build a world class lead generation machine around you. This Enterprise Account Executive will initially be expected to wear many hats, improve our sales processes - and as the company grows - help build out and grow the sales team.

You will be networking & creating relationships with technology leaders (up to the CXO and VP levels) at many of the largest and hottest companies around the world. You will help to shape Tonic's GTM team, and of course make uncapped commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Source, nurture and qualify new leads - and close new logos
Once landed at a large organization, drive expansion into new business areas and cross-selling products
Deliver killer product demos and presentations
Build long-standing relationships with high-potential customers
Lead negotiations and contract discussions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs
Work closely with the team to shape the product roadmap from customer input
Develop and implement sales processes and machinery that can scale up as the sales team grows
REQUIREMENTS:Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, Security, MLOps, and similar markets
Confidence selling to leadership in AI, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C level decision makers
CRM proficiency (we use Salesforce)
Strong written & verbal communication skills, and demonstrable confidence with technical topics
Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve the goals set by the team
Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative and quick on-the-spot thinking
Demonstrated leadership experience with a get-stuff-done attitude
Bachelor's degree
