We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Position Highlights: Enterprise Account Managers play a crucial role in maintaining the relationship between the company and its Fortune 450 accounts/clients. They are responsible for managing, retaining, and growing the enterprise accounts that are critical to the company's bottom line. As an Enterprise Account Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
What You'll Do:Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accountsDeveloping a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsorsCommunicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecasting and tracking key account metricsIdentifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as neededUnderstanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the status of accounts and transactionsNegotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDeveloping new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotasWe're Looking for Someone with: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevantSix year related expereinceProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsThis is a remote positionSalary: $110,000 base with FY Sales Incentive plan Reasons You'll Love it here: NSC cares about the safety, health, and overall well-being of our employees.
