Enterprise Member Acquisition and Growth Representative In this pioneering role, you will be at the forefront of Natcast's membership expansion efforts, focusing on acquiring and growing relationships with Fortune 5000 companies in the semiconductor ecosystem. As our first dedicated Enterprise Member Acquisition and Growth professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to land new members and expand our footprint with existing ones.

You'll contribute to shaping our member acquisition playbook, applying your expertise in subscription-based sales models and your understanding of the semiconductor industry's unique demands.

The Enterprise Member Acquisition and Growth role is pivotal in expanding Natcast's influence and impact across the semiconductor ecosystem, directly contributing to our mission of advancing U.S. leadership in this critical industry.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise members from the Fortune 5000
Engage with business leaders at semiconductor organizations and highlight the value that NSTC can bring to their research and development efforts as well as their customer acquisition efforts
Implement land-and-expand strategies to grow relationships with existing members
Contribute to the development of Natcast's member acquisition playbook, sharing best practices and innovative approaches
Conduct in-depth research on potential members, understanding their needs and aligning Natcast's value proposition
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each prospect's unique challenges and opportunities
Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting membership growth and revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement of new members
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies
Represent Natcast at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, member feedback, and growth opportunities
Work closely with the Senior Director of Member Acquisition and Growth to achieve team and organizational goals
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or semiconductor-related industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a new business development role
Experience with subscription-based or membership sales models
Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and industry challenges
Proven results with taking a "Land and Expand" approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in semiconductor industry sales or business development
Knowledge of government and academic research environments
Understanding of semiconductor Intellectual Property licensing practices a plus
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Familiarity with public-private partnerships or consortium-based organizations
