Enterprise Solutions Architect

Under general guidance, design and develop the enterprise-level infrastructure and platforms required to meet business outcomes while addressing problems of system integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Evaluate existing systems; provide authoring contributions to the knowledge bases used in support of daily operations; work with the division managers and work collaboratively with project teams to develop and maintain technical and security standards including developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
Accountable for data security and integrity enterprise wide.
Serving as a lead, provide direction and training to other IT Professionals.

Requirements:
PowerShell – O365 PowerShell modules, AD modules, and others
ServiceNow – integration, administration, configuration/customization
SQL Server – SSIS, SSRS
Office 365 – administration, configuration, security, and compliance for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
Active Directory
GroupID
Web Services
Web Technologies - HTML, C#, CSS, XML, JSON, Python, VB.net
Experience with the following: Systems integration and automation
ServiceNow system administration
Office 365 administration
What this role will be responsible for/doing: Operational Support Tickets:
SSRS report promotions to production environments
Tier 3 Support Tickets for the Applications Team with escalation to Tier 4 when unable to resolve
YubiKey support for vendors: PIN codes, set up, and overall support for vendors.
Security and Application Assignments:
Conversion of all SQL and report security groups to GroupID.
Bi-annual on-prem application updates for four specific applications
Back up security support for WorkDay ERP
