The Entity Structure Specialist will perform a wide range of duties relative to providing business support on entity structure organizational documents as it relates to residential mortgage loans for business purposes.
What you will do for Constructive Loans: Work with the Originations team to determine entity structure as it relates to guidelines and guarantor structure.Provide guidance to ensure closing document entity signature blocks are in compliance with the entity.Perform and complete entity due diligence review per guidelines.Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service experience.Perform any other duties as assigned.What you will bring to Constructive Loans: High school diploma/GED required.Must have 3+ years of paralegal experience.Paralegal experience in corporate structures preferred.Broad knowledge and understanding of residential mortgage loans preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.Self-motivated, detail-driven, highly responsive, and have a strong initiative and drive.Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills required.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are deeply embedded into our way of working at Fay.
