Base Salary is $175K to $250K (based upon candidate and experience)

A new venture of a Financial/FinTech Firm is looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to join its Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program that aims to build new non-asset management businesses.
The EIR will help the organization to explore such opportunities, with a main focus on fintech, insurtech, and the data analytics spaces.


We have returned to the office in a Hybrid Work Trial with employees in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.


REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Candidates with a proven ability to generate, research, and lead ventures, and domain knowledge in our aforementioned focus areas Successful candidates will be creative idea-generators with excellent critical thinking, analytical, execution, and communication skills Candidates with strong team building and team work capabilities PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Participants in the program will join the firm as full-time employees for a period of approximately six months.
During that time, they will be responsible for proposing, researching, and preparing a plan for new business ideas.
Promising ideas will move to the execution stage, backed by the firm, and the EIR will generally be expected to play a lead role in executing these ideas.
