A growing firm based in the Seattle area has an immediate need to fill a full-time Entry Level Account Manager position. The Entry Level Account Manager will play a pivotal role in connecting brands with prospective customers through targeted residential outreach campaigns. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:Work with fellow team members to complete on-site residential enrollment services on behalf of our clientsCommunicate with customers directly and establish genuine relationships to facilitate an engaging and positive customer experienceUse skills gained during training to engage with customers, learning their needs, and presenting them with the products and services that best fit their needsAssist the sales department through the activation processAnswer any customer questions or concerns, escalating when appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactionsFacilitate the enrollment process; this includes collecting personal information and following all compliance requirementsEntry Level Account Manager Qualifications:Some college coursework preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSome experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a similar role preferredComfortable and confident speaking in front of small and large groupsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to establish trust and collaborate with others within the company and externally
