This is a full desk position meaning you will be responsible for both the recruiting side and the sales/account management side of the industry.
What We're Hiring For This is a Full Desk Position in which you will be developing business relationships with hiring managers within the Engineering and Information Technology fields and recruiting candidates for them.
Duties: Properly identify through phone networking and research a client company's hiring manager's/decision makers.
Effectively negotiate between technical personnel and hiring managers via phone and email.
You will utilize proven recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the Engineering & IT Fields.
Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and other resources to find potential candidates.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, sales experience OR ( bachelors degree is preferred) Motivated by money and willing to work hard to earn it Must be energetic, positive, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial Strong communication and time management abilities Team player; enjoys having a positive impact on others Seeks out an opportunity for personal & professional development
