Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and assistance.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
