Life insurance Paid maternity/paternity leave 20 days to start in vacation time and more earned each year Paid sick time 12 paid public holidays Additional paid leave for your birthday, wedding, moving house, holiday shopping and more Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE Work in conjunction with Sales Executives on Administrative sales duties Travel on-board charters Assist Sales Executives on charter process; from qualifying through quoting, Establishes good relationships with clients and team Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits Balances the demands of a work life and a personal life Keep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value Adapts to the team, consults others and communicates proactively Contracting and flight setup Move clients to the next step in the sales process Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization Qualifications WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent phone etiquette Willing to learn and adaptable Interest in aviation and sales High attention to detail Confident individual Resilient Open to travel Client facing High end luxury experience is a plus Additional Information At Air Charter Service, we provide 14-months of one-on-one mentorship training. This training program will cover all the necessary bases, from aircraft knowledge to sales, to make YOU an ACS success story! If that is not enough, we also offer the opportunity to travel to London, UK for in-person training and classroom training!
