Receipt, identification, and preparation of samples – ensure incoming samples are labeled correctly, appropriate analytical have been requested, prepare, and analyze samples according to ISO work instructions.
Job Description Prioritization of analyses according to customer needs matched to capacity. Organization and coordination of projects in a high throughput lab environment. Obtaining analytical data. Ensuring data integrity. Functioning in multi-discipline teams. Delivering laboratory results in an efficient manner. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor. Skills Required 1-3 Years of Experience Preferred candidate will have hands-on experience with total combustion analysis, elemental analysis, calorimetry, Gas Chromatography (GC), NIR Spectroscopy, NMR, total oil analysis, colorimetry, falling number, farinograph, myograph, bench-top wet chemical analyses. LIMS and the Microsoft Office Suite. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent to GED. Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check. Shift: 06:30 AM Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary: $12.00 to $19.00 per hour based on qualifications.
