We are seeking a bright, creative, energetic, to further expand the reach of our Low Voltage staffing services in our corporate office located in Iselin, NJ.
Job Description: Work closely with a dedicated sales and recruiting team to fulfill the telecom and low voltage contract staffing needs of for our clients. Source a pipeline of technical candidates by utilizing our internal database, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates. Conduct full cycle entry level recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing. Present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates and extend employment offers.Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree nice to have.
