We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our dynamic team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site contract-to-hire role for a Sourcer at Wenlock Talent. You are expected to be in office for the first 90 days of your contract, with a hybrid option becoming available after the training period ends. The Sourcer will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for a variety of roles across multiple verticals. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position and create a pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making an impact on the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies. Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess qualifications and interest. Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and manage communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities. Assist in creating job postings and ensuring positions are advertised effectively across platforms. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve sourcing strategies. Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve processes and candidate engagement. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a growth environment. A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of urgency. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role within the staffing industry (experience in accounting/finance recruitment is a plus). Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, etc.). Benefits: Competitive salary with bonus structure.
