Job Description Position Title: Entry-Level Recruiter
Location: Louisville, KY
Department: Human Resources
FLSA Designation: Hourly/Temp-to-Perm
Reports To:  Lead Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY: The Entry-Level Recruiter is to assist the hiring team by evaluating and referring candidates for open positions through our ATS. The entry-level recruiter is in charge of reviewing resumes/applications and ascertaining the applicant as a fit for a variety of roles. They will be conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews between the candidate and hiring team. The recruiter will screen for a variety of roles, including but not limited to technical, administrative, teaching, sales, and hospitality.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist team in screening resumes Conduct initial phone screens Assist in managing calendars for the hiring team Use ATS to keep track of open roles and new candidates that come through Promote positive candidate experience through the hiring process EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills Problem-solving aptitude Critical-thinking skills Thrive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
