ASSOCIATE – ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY & RESOURCES Anchorage, AK Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated mid-level Associate to join their Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice group in Anchorage, Alaska.
Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in Alaska, or the ability to obtain admission, is required.2-5 years of relevant legal experience in energy, environmental, or natural resources issues.Judicial clerkship experience and/or demonstrated interest in environmental law is preferred.Strong legal writing skills with experience in law review/journal or prior clerkship.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel on complex natural resources, environmental, and commercial issues for resource development companies.Collaborate with a nationwide team of attorneys in the firm's Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice group.Represent clients in sophisticated legal matters at both the local and national levels.Why Join?
