This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic practice group working on a wide range of matters, including renewable energy, transit and transportation, regulated utilities, housing and commercial developments, and public infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting land use and environmental due diligence.Managing land use entitlements and environmental/resource permitting.Advising on CEQA and NEPA counseling and compliance.Defending zoning and environmental approvals in state and federal court.Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Admitted to the State Bar of California.2-5 years of experience in environmental and land use law.Strong writing and analytical skills, with a deep interest in environmental law.About the Firm: This firm is consistently ranked among the Best Law Firms in the U.S. and offers a collegial, hybrid work environment.
