Environmental Attorney

Advise on:
Property environmental remediation (U.S. and international),
Global environmental and chemical regulatory compliance,
ESG regulations and requirements,
Product safety and hardware compliance,
Product and real estate due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures,
General real estate matters and agreements,
Environmental aspects of supply chain, and
Negotiating with environmental regulators and attorneys.

Advise IBM Law Department colleagues on environmental, product safety, and regulatory risks.
Act as subject matter expert to the IBM Law Department for environmental and sustainability matters.
Partner with IBM's compliance teams to provide legal direction.
Oversee outside counsel who support environmental matters.
Find efficiencies in the current legal support model and take the incentive to build new structures that fit today's IBM.
