Title : Environmental Acquisition Control Manager Openings : 3 Location : San Antonio, TX - Lackland AFB Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8 to 5PM CST - traditional schedule Duration: Direct - Hire Pay rate: $90,000 to $95,0000 Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an Acquisition Control Manager (ACM) to support Environmental Support and Services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX. The ACM will work closely with the Government Project Manager (PM) to provide both technical and administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include ensuring that Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for environmental consulting services adhere to acquisition package standards, conducting quality control reviews, and managing project funding. Must-Haves: A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field relevant to the job. At least 3 years of experience in environmental consulting services, including work under the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Familiarity with Performance Based Remediation (PBR) and Optimized Remediation Contracts (ORC) acquisition, with experience in one or more Federal agencies. Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) for access to military bases or Federal premises. Capability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. Experience with the contract acquisition process, including various contract vehicles such as those used by the Air Force, GSA, and USACE.
