Duties: Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Energix EPC Preparing RFPs for clients and commercial bids Bid leveling and comparisons Contract negotiations and buyout Developing and presenting project proposals Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients Managing construction schedules and budgets Attending site meetings to monitor progress Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives Overseeing invoicing Manage contract renewals, change orders, etc Maintain accurate bidding and contract records Mitigate organizational contract risks Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, and communication skills An understanding of renewables and construction industry Strong fluency with legal documentation and contract management/negotiation Strong leadership skills Business management skills Relevant Experience: Bachelors or 4 year degree 3-5 years relevant experience Diversity and Inclusion: Energix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
