Position Summary:
The Senior Clinical IS Learning Experience Architect is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive, scalable learning programs spanning clinical systems, information technology, and business processes, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and industry standards.
This position is also responsible for managing training environments, including Epic Master Training Environment (MST), troubleshooting issues, and executing the Epic Credentialed Trainer Program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of learning programs for clinical, foundation information technology, and other related business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Build, develop, and maintain training environments (MST) and provide support and troubleshoot issues.
May include building of new applications implemented.
Serves as Epic Mitosis Guru.
Responsible for development and maintenance of credentialing program to support skill and knowledge alignment.
Credential, mentor and coach the team of facilitators, providing guidance on instructional design, training delivery, and effective facilitation techniques.
Responsible for maintaining credentialing program and scheduling to support skill and knowledge alignment.
Stay updated on technical upgrades and changes and adjust training materials and programs accordingly.
Assist in creating and maintaining an effective feedback and assessment program for training delivery and content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to conduct thorough needs assessments and define learning objectives.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for one or more assigned Epic modules or other assigned HealthPoint technologies, staying current with updates, new releases, and industry best practices.
Serve as secondary subject matter expertise for one or more Epic modules or other assigned HealthPoint technologies.
Maintain deep knowledge of each position's role function and workflow to facilitate effective instruction.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing questions and issues related to Epic clinical applications and information systems.
Collaborate with the IT support team to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct engaging and effective learning sessions for end-users, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring understanding and proficiency in utilizing HealthPoint clinical and foundation technologies.
Works collaboratively with the Talent Pathways and Learning (TP&L) team to establish and enforce quality standards for learning documentation, content library and LMS platform and content delivery for IS and Electronic Health Record (EHR) content.
Maintain and manage learning documentation, content library and LMS platform for IS and EHR content, with collaboration from TP&L.
Provide in-person and virtual one-on-one shadowing support for in-clinic staff as required to support appropriate workflow adoption, quality assurance and reinforce training.
Provide leadership for Training team in the absence of management presence.
Includes decision making for schedules, training content, and workflow recommendations.
Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and participate in agency committees and task force activities as required.
Must have's you'll need to be successful: Epic Principal Trainer Certification of all assigned applications and Training Environment Build Certification within six months of employment.
Maintenance of credential/certification throughout employment required.
High School Diploma/GED, two-year associate's degree or clinical certification preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum seven years IT healthcare related experience OR healthcare training in a virtual and in-person setting required; including five years electronic health record experience, including Epic experience, and five years' experience in the development, design, facilitation, or implementation of professional training programs for healthcare systems.
MST Build, full-cycle implementations, post-live support, or regular upgrade experience is preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures/reports/documents, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups of employees and clients.

Intermediate level of Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Proficient in using technology for virtual training sessions such as WebEx, or Teams.
Intermediate level in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems administrative use preferred.
Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is required, prior to start.

Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required.
Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products.
