Job Description

We are seeking a motivated EPM Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Hackett Group.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for finance and accounting, a passion for technology, and a drive to learn and grow within the enterprise performance management (EPM) space.
As an EPM Consultant, you will assist in cloud implementations related to consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a consulting environment.


Cloud EPM Consultant Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to identify inefficiencies and support the design and configuration of EPM solutions. Assist in the creation of technical and functional design documents. Help develop project documentation and training materials for end-users. Learn to build financial models, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow structures. Support the generation of financial reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis. Travel to client sites as necessary to provide on-site support and training.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. Tech-savvy with a keen interest in EPM software and tools. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analysis and reporting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and a desire to engage with clients.
