Equipment And Logistics Manager

Self-starter wanted Equipment and Logistics Manager needed for a growing lighting design and production company.
The position involves lighting and logistics. You will be responsible for efficiently and effectively transporting our well-maintained gear to and from our project's job sites.
Responsibilities include:
Checking equipment out of the warehouse, double-checking once on-site, and checking back into the warehouse while conducting quality control (QC).Performing QC by opening every case to ensure that all pieces and parts (cables, clamps, safeties, etc.) are present.Addressing any fixtures marked as needing attention, either by attempting repairs or sending them out for repair.Being on-site in our Beacon, NY warehouse at least two days a week and more as needed on a project basis.Traveling to our Dallas warehouse and job sites around the country as needed.Learning and using Rental Works and assisting in adding RFID tags to equipment that does not yet have them.Pulling, prepping (addressing DMX as needed), and shipping all equipment for a project or clearly instructing someone else to do so to ensure the correct equipment gets to the correct job site.Location: Beacon, NY / Dallas (based in Dallas may work too)
Skills required: Rental Works / RFID, local and travel, testing and repair (sending out what you can't repair), addressing/prepping jobs going out.
