What you'll do as an Equipment Foreman Lead crews to meet project timelinesSafely operate and control assigned equipmentAssist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as neededOversee and help with training of crew membersHelp ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulationsMaintain production notes & DOT paperworkOperate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenancePerform work in all weather conditionsAll other duties as assigned What you'll need To be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyA valid driver's licenseValid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain itMust be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical cardHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferredAt least three years of related experiencePrevious Foreman experience preferredPhysical abilities & exposures Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 poundsOccasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
