We are hiring an **Equipment & Process Engineer** to join our **Marlborough, MA** team.
The **Equipment & Process Engineer** requires organizational ability, individual drive, strong critical thinking skills, and strict attention to details.
The successful candidate will work with equipment engineers and process engineers to troubleshoot unscheduled down FAB equipments, develop procedures and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure tool uptime and qualify new FAB processes and new FAB equipment to be used in production and R&D environments.
**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Establish an efficient and organized Fab/Lab practice and keep a safe working environment.
+ Perform Maintenance and Repair of Fab tools, especially KLA Defect metrology Equipment.
Report and document results and findings.
+ Ability to complete assignments with diligence and high degree of accuracy.
+ Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.
+ Capable of troubleshooting equipment issues and solving problems on time.
+ Work with senior members of the Fab team and find opportunities for improvement.
+ Maintain Fab infrastructure including ordering supplies, performing Fab Equipment qualification and control charting data.
+ Ensuring an excellent standard of housekeeping.
Strictly adhere to quality and product integrity requirement.
+ Work within small teams and individually to prove high levels of motivation and self-leadership to achieve work targets.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS in Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or equivalent experience required.
+ 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
+ Profound & deep knowledge of defect metrology for KT brightfield and darkfield inspection tools, and Defect review SEM.
+ Experience in Klarity Server setup and application.
+ Equipment Familiarity: TEL, ASML, KLA, Canon and lithographic applications is a plus.
+ Experience working with photolithography chemistry and handing the organic and inorganic solutions.
+ Knowledge of process improvements, statistics, and data analysis.
+ Willing to work on weekends and nights, as well as on call.
+ Self-motivating and hard working.
