Job Description Position Summary:

Jefferies is seeking an experienced associate to help assist in covering the clean energy sector.
Job duties and requirements include:

Responsibilities: Responsible for associate-level coverage of an array of clean energy stocks Build and maintain detailed company models Stay on top of company news, track filings, listen to conference calls Write first look notes, contribute to longer thematic reports, and company initiations Field questions and communicate with sales and/or clients Maintain relationships with company IR teams.
Qualifications: 3+ years experience covering clean energy on the sell-side, buy-side, banking or consulting. Experienced in FactSet and/or Bloomberg; knowledge of industry-specific databases also helpful. Advanced Excel modeling and writing skills Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance and energy-specific terminology/concepts Education: Bachelor's/University degree CFA or progression towards CFA preferred FINRA Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 preferred (required within 5 months of hire)

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $135,000 - $165,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
