This role offers the chance to partner with business stakeholders, lead workplace investigations, and manage disciplinary matters relating to conduct and performance. Your strong problem-solving skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, will be key to your success in this role. You'll be working alongside a dedicated HR team, bringing a practiced approach to sensitive complaints and investigation handling in the ER space.
What you'll do: Manage all matters and complaints effectivelyConduct investigations, including developing investigation and risk plans, securing evidence, interviewing witnesses, drawing objective and fair conclusions, preparing reports and maintaining accurate recordsProvide employee relations advice, complaint handling and case management support to senior leaders, line management, human resources, and ideally dealing with employee unionsBuild strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and interact effectively with a wide client baseProvide high level guidance and influence outcomesOperate strategically in a HR contextWhat you bring: Extensive experience providing employee relations advice and providing case management support to stakeholders at all levelsHigh level interpersonal and negotiations skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated superior sound judgment and an advanced level of emotional intelligenceWhat sets this company apart: Our client's history began over 70 years ago when it was founded by two brothers.
