An ERP Analyst 3 is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and applications.
ERP Analyst 3 works with business users, vendors, and IT staff to analyze business requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction.
ERP Analyst 3 also provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior ERP analysts and developers.
ERP Analyst 3 is a leader within the organization and is responsible for supporting multiple sites within the organization.
Responsibilities Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of ERP systems and applications, primarily Syteline.
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT staff to understand and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and develop test cases and scripts.
Perform system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration, using various tools and methodologies.
Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for ERP systems and applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues, and escalate complex problems to vendors or senior IT staff.
Ensure compliance with ERP system standards, policies, and best practices.
Research and evaluate new ERP technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements and enhancements.
Support multiple sites within the division in enhancing and maintaining their ERP system.
Develop and implement continuous improvements to existing best practices and standard operating procedures.
Assist sites in finding opportunities for improving efficiency in their processes.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in ERP system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Proficient in one or more ERP systems and applications, such as Syteline, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong knowledge of ERP system architecture, modules, functionality, and integration.
Experience in system configuration, customization, data migration, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Certification in ERP system or application is a plus.
