Maintain the existing Lawson ERP to support P2P functions, and produce supply chain reporting and analytics.
The Supply Chain Analyst will focus on analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, data integrity, and inventory requirements.
This role supports strategic initiatives and collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and value across the Supply Chain.
1.
Analyze and maintain ERP master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
2.
Support supply chain technology initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
3.
Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
4.
Assist in reporting supply chain savings and financial KPIs.
5.
Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, IT, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Cycle for data-driven decision-making.
6.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and controls.
7.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications 1.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain with ERP and Procure-to-Pay exposure.

3 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly with ERP and Procure-to-Pay functions.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Familiarity with project management processes.
5.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7.
Understanding of digital supply chain technologies.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business, supply chain, or a healthcare-related field.
Strong background with Lawson for ERP management in healthcare supply chain.
Experience in a collaborative role within a team environment.
Experience with Workday for healthcare supply chain.
